Quarterly district strategy meeting between proximate CHBCs is a program activity apportioned in the budget. To develop strong communication mechanism, to over-come communication gap, and to devise a mutual strategy for locating, registering, and referring PLHIVs and their respective families are some of the potential objectives of the meeting.
