The monitoring visits are aimed at improving the efficiency of community & home bare care centers throughout Pakistan including the State of Azad Jammu & Kashmir. In this connection Mr. Quaid Saeed Senior Program Coordinator NACP & Mr Zubair Azam- the Finance Officer Punjab AIDS Control Program visited Taaleem Foundation Health Initiative (TFHI) Community & Home Base Care (CHBC) Facility on 24th of June, 2021 & 16th of June, 2021 respectively
