On 27 April 2020, The inaugural ceremony of Community & Home Base Care “CHBC” facility at Muzaffarabad commenced at D-75, Upper Chattar Housing Scheme with the ribbon cutting by Honorable Chief Guest Dr. Tashfeen Khan, Additional Chief Secretary (Dev.) Govt. of the State of Azad Jammu & Kashmir. Honorable Chairman Taaleem Foundation Dr. Zafar Qadir, Madam Taqdees Gillani and other dignitaries along with the project manager Mr. Amjad Ghani Mir & his team of Community & Home Base Care facility graced the event. Venue of the main function was a local hotel where Mr. Kh. Ehsan, Secretary Social welfare Department Govt. of AJK, Dr. Manzoor from Health Department Govt. of AJK and members of NGO’s/INGO’s were present.
