TFHI is working as an SSR with Provincial AIDS Control Program (PACP) Punjab for implementing the project of managing CHBC (Community and Home Based Centre) for counseling and referral of people living with HIV / AIDS and their family members. The project is funded by the Global Fund through National AIDS Control Program (NACP).
TFHI has been working in close collaboration with PACP and ART Centre at PIMS Islamabad for screening and referrals. Besides, the project team is also engaged in outreach activities to screen and scrutinize the unreported and unregistered clients. The team also catered for community awareness on public health issues, immunization, safe motherhood and healthy social behaviour.
The project has state of the art facility located in the facility at Muzaffarabad commenced at D-75, Upper Chattar Housing Scheme, Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
